Poet and actor Frank Messina—the author of four books of poetry and who appears in HBO's Boardwalk Empire and Martin Scorsese's feature film, The Irishman, is accompanied by the legendary Brian Jackson, Gil Scott-Heron's original collaborator; Mark Egan of the Pat Metheny Group; Erik Lawrence of Levon Helm's Midnight Ramble Band; and drummer Ray Rizzo, most notable for his work with Josh Ritter, the Grateful Dead's Bob Weir, and actor Michael Shannon's band, Corporal.
