Born and raised in Newark New Jersey, Ariel’s musical experience was first rooted in classical and early music repertoire. From there, she developed a background in musical theater that morphed into an affinity for jazz, blues and soul styles.

In 2012, a musical redirection was inspired and branched an exploration in songwriting and vocal improv. In addition to singing, Ariel is also model and muse to a variety of photographers and visual artists, as well as light acting for independent film projects.

Collaborating with local Jersey City’s visual and performing artists has provided a broad platform that has expanded performance styles and an overall freedom of expression.
